BOLD HEDGEHOGS from early walking till 2 y.o.

Your kid started to walk. It is a huge step in his mental, social and physical development. It is important to support him with your attention, good nutrition and right exercises.

At this age, a child’s level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. GYM Generation takes special care about additional fine and gross motor skills, which are often characterized by more confident running, jumping on two feet, and an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies.

This stimulating 1-hour program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the Fearless Hedgehogs develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements. Kids are elated as they progress with basic gymnastic exercises, dance and swing. Classes are conducted with the participation of parents.

NIMBLE FROGS from 2 y.o. till 3,5 y.o.

Your child is already walking and running very well and needs to unload his energy. Children in this age group are more willing to cooperate in a group and can follow more complex commands.

There are age-appropriate gymnastic exercises for Nimble Frogs that develop strength, spatial orientation, coordination, balance and, above all, self-confidence.

Classes are conducted with the participation of their parents, but as their sense of confidence and independence grows, they are already one step away from becoming independent enough to practice under the supervision of an instructor in subsequent age groups - without parental assistance.

SPEEDY SQUiRELLS from 3,5 y.o. till 5 y.o.

In addition to having fun with structured games, fascinating adventures and pre-gymnastics, our Speeedy Squarells learn beginning sports skills, gain fine and gross motor proficiency, and strengthen manipulative skills.
The youngsters become more independent as parents are not part of the activity any more but observers. So kids exude pride and self-esteem as they are treated like 'big kids.' In this age group, teaching physical skills is a top priority. During this 1-hour program, the development of social skills is also emphasized, as the youngsters become good listeners, follow directions, cooperate in a group, and learn more about themselves.
Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased, as our teachers introduce gymnastic skills with the safest spotting techniques. Sensitive to peer pressure, kids are nurtured tenderly and always with a success-oriented approach. Relays, more complex games, and beginning sports skills lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination during this 1-hour program.

FUNNY MONKEYS from 5 y.o. till 7 y.o.

Without a doubt, kids who start out active tend to remain active as they age, perform better in school and mature into happier adults. The regular physical activities are essential at this time of kids’ preparation to school.
These children are now ready to refine and master basic gross motor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, skipping, throwing, kicking and catching. Designed to prepare a child for group sports and improve a sense of confidence in connection with physical activity, our Funny Monkeys program emphasizes each of these important skills. The children build strength, balance, agility, flexibility and coordination in this 1-hour program, as our instructors maintain a positive, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere Kids are showered with praise as they develop perseverance and self-control.

BRAVE FOXES from 7 y.o. till 12 y.o.

It is crucial for our kids to feel confident in the sport classes at school. But this is not only the target of Gym Generation. Regular physical activities will boost the self-confidence and as a result social skills as well as brain development of our kid. Brave Foxes will continue to develop basic motor & gymnastics skills, self-esteem, and team players exercises, with an emphasis on safety & fun.
Gym Generation has created a program that combines a cardio workout with strength and flexibility exercises for children who are now at the age when they are surrounded by the sedentary distractions of TV, the Internet and video games. Endurance and gross motor skills are increased through a series of exciting and dynamic activities. As we focus on specific muscle groups, add fun nutritional tips, our goal in this 1-hour program is to instil health and fitness as a way of life. All children, regardless of their athletic abilities, will benefit greatly from this program.

Acrobatic Foxes from 8 y.o. till 13 y.o.

Acrobatic Foxes class is a fun way for older kids to achieve flexibility, balance, strength, discipline, concentration, group co-operation and muscle control. This class is high intensity, involving most parts of the body. It is challenging but the classes are geared towards helping kids to progress in their own self-advancement.
Acrobatic Foxes class aims to fight the fears and get confidence by building their core strength and training in acrobatics. In our class children practice headstands, back-bends and tumbling and many other advanced exercises on the balance beam like cartwheels and breathtaking exercises on handrails e.g. back-flip.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES from 2 y.o. till 15 y.o.

There could be many different reasons why you choose an individual class for your child: sometimes your child needs to catch up with their age group and have a kick start at the beginning for the self-confidence, or he needs a bit of time to get used to the new place, or he has special needs, etc. Here are the classes adapted to the needs of your child and designed to have a special attention and fast development. HEALTHY SPINE for adults

These are classes specially designed for adults, especially for mothers after they had a baby.
Pregnancy and holding a baby pose many challenges to our bodies, especially the spine. One of the biggest problems for young mothers after childbirth is not only increased weight, but also pain and loss of flexibility and strength of the spine. This causes reduced mobility of the back and spine, neck muscle tension, posture.... It also has a big impact on our mood and self-confidence. 
We have prepared a program for mothers who would like to improve the condition of their spine in a gentle, safe, but very effective way. With the proposed exercises from Pilates, stretching and program Body&Mind, it is possible to get rid of back pain, reduce muscle tension, strengthen back muscles, relieve pressure on the spine and maintain correct posture.

INITIATION TO ACROBATICS for adults

These are specially designed classes for adults, particularly those looking to develop basic acrobatic skills. Have you been dreaming of learning a headstand or doing somersaults since childhood? But you never made time for yourself? Or maybe you did gymnastics as a child and would like to relearn some of the tricks? Would you like to show your kids what you can do? Then this class might be for you!
Here, we will teach the basics of acrobatic gymnastics, such as headstands, sideways rolls, front and back rolls, and cartwheels. You will overcome your fears, gain confidence, make new friends, and improve your strength and flexibility in the most fun way possible.
