Here you can see an example of our DAY PROGRAM:

WHEN: Monday to Friday from 8:00 till 16:00;

AGE: children aged 5-12 years.o.

LANGUAGES: English and Polish;

2 TRAINERS AND MANAGER Plus professional coaches for various sports, such as karate, boxing, and dance.

MEALS: Morning & afternoon snacks and a hot lunch are included in the price.

PRICE: PLN 260 per day (or PLN 970 per week) for GYM Generation members / PLN 290 per day (or PLN 1100 per week) for other customers – the price includes all fees. 10% discount for the second and each subsequent sibling / 5% discount for the second full week. Discounts cannot be combined.

GYMNASTICS

From an early age, gymnastics is a great sport for the physical development of a child.
Gymnastic classes are held every day during our camps.
Thanks to the wide variety of exercises and equipment (balance beam, handrails, trampoline, bar) and the daily track change, it never gets boring.

Thanks to gymnastics classes, our kids become stronger, have a better sense of balance, coordination and flexibility. What’s more, these classes contribute to the development of social skills such as patience, self-confidence, curiosity and creativity, as well as support learning teamwork and setting goals, taking on challenges and learning new skills.

BOXING

These classes are conducted by a qualified boxing trainer.

Boxing trainings have a positive effect on the development of the child's general physical fitness, develop many motor skills such as speed, agility, coordination, jumping, flexibility, endurance and strength.

Due to the fact that boxing is a combat sport, children gain self-confidence, learn discipline and humility, and gain the ability to defend themselves. What’s more these classes integrate the group and eliminate negative energy in the training room.

FIELD HOCKEY

For children, this form of exercise is great for developing muscles and bone strength, as well as coordination and balance. The movements involved in field hockey develop gross motor skills, such as the ability to sprint down the pitch, as well as the fine motor skills that come from intricate stick work.

Not to say the least that it is wonderful team building play.

We play field hockey inside or outside once or twice per week.

TRACK AND FIELD

Track and field is an excellent and fun sport that helps children develop better ways to cope with the highs and lows of life.

When they’re doing track and field, children learn to lose, and that teaches them to bounce back from disappointment, and is an important part of becoming resilient.

We practice track and field on fresh air almost daily. This improves not only physical skills but also, overall emotional wellbeing. The support of the team, a kind word from a coach, or achieving their personal best will all help children to develop their self-esteem.

ACROBATICS

Acrobatic class will be a fun way for older kids to achieve flexibility, balance, strength, discipline, concentration, group co-operation and muscle control.

This class is high intensity, involving most parts of the body. It is challenging but the classes are geared towards helping kids to progress in their own self-advancement and fighting the fears.

Children will practice headstands, back-bends and tumbling and other exercises on the balance beam and handrails.

SOMERSAULTS

Twirling, spinning, rolling! This is not only super fun but also fundamental in developing our children's sensory and motor skills.

We learn to do forward and backward tumbling properly, which is very important for children's safety.

SWIMMING

Swimming is seen as one of the most fun activities by our kids. They love it and we try our best to teach them about safety and confidence in the water. Swimming helps improve coordination and balance and to build essential muscles. It also helps to strengthen their immune systems.

We believe swimming is a must for kids and we do our best to give them a chance to fall in love with swimming. We go swimming at least once per week.

TENNIS

Tennis is a very popular sport in Poland. By improving physical strength, flexibility, balance, and fine motor skills, tennis will lead to helping your child master other activities off the court. One better, by staying fit and healthy, your child will also have a stronger immune.

At our tennis classes, at least once per week we teach with a lot of fun problem solving skills, strategy, dedication and fair play.

BRAIN GYM ^TM

Brain Gym™ uses movements to accelerate learning and enhance performance. This is performed through sets of exercises that help coordinate and integrate the two hemispheres of the brain.

Exercise improves blood flow and memory; it stimulates chemical changes in the brain that enhance learning, mood and thinking.
It is simple and fun for every child. We like to do it every end of an active day.

ESCAPE ROOM ^TM

We prepared several unique Escape Room games in English for kids of all ages. It’s a fun way of learning English, problem solving and team work.

We teach the key English words for this game from the beginning of the week. Kids love finding the clues, overcoming the obstacles and getting the reward in the end!

FOOTBALL

Football training, apart from improving endurance, strength and speed, also has many other advantages, including:
- making you feel good;
- improving the ability to concentrate and teaching discipline;
- team work development;
- improving flexibility and reducing the risk of injuries thanks to muscle strengthening;
- supporting metabolism thanks to: jogging, sprints, turns, jumps and many more;
- strengthening internal organs such as the heart and lungs with aerobic exercises.
And for sure, it is one of the most favorite fun sports of kids all over the world.

MARTIAL ARTS

The aim of Martial Arts is to teach children peaceful, non-violent conflict resolution skills. Martial arts provide stress relief and ways to release pent up energy.
Martial Arts is great for shaping values and behaviors such as focus, tolerance, fairness, humbleness, self-control, self-confidence and discipline.

Once per week we invite best trainers so our kids fall in love with this wonderful sport!

DANCE CLASS

Dance classes are conducted by a qualified dance instructor.

Through dance, the kids learn movement at a specific pace, exercise the aesthetics of movement, spatial imagination and coordination. During these classes children open up to styles of dance, learn how to cooperate in a group, how to concentrate and express emotions through movement. We provide dance class at least once per week.

ARCHERY

Archery is one of our favorite activities, we teach it several times per week inside or outside depending on weather.

Modern life is full of instant gratification, electronic interaction and noise. What happened to good old fashioned virtues such as concentration, focus, patience?

Archers not only develop physical, but also mental strength. Just by practicing archery, young archers learn patience, focus, and self-motivation.

LEGO^TM WORKSHOP

It’s no secret that Lego is adored by kids of different ages and it successfully competes with the virtual games.

Children develop important motor and communication skills, develop their creativity and problem solving. From one side, Lego workshops provide plenty of positive emotions, from another side it helps with dealing with anxiety and stress.

This workshop is an activity held once per week.

FIRST AID

Children usually approach the subject of saving another human being with enthusiasm and courage.
We support children from an early age, to form his attitudes on the subject of helping others. We teach very simple elements of rescue, this allows them to become familiar with the subject of rescue and teaches correct behaviour forming a sense of duty to provide first aid to others.

SELF DEFENCE

Children will learn basic self-defence techniques that can help them in a dangerous situation.

We also emphasize on teaching assertiveness, the ability to say no and set their own boundaries. Children participating in self-defence training exercise fitness, improve motor coordination, speed and agility.
